During the same period, specialist healthcare programmes supported approximately 47,000 patients through healthcare insourcing services and delivered more than 40,000 healthcare assessments, helping improve access to care and strengthen service capacity.
A key area of innovation has been the continued development of Nurovia, which is expanding access to ADHD and autism assessment services through an innovative clinical delivery model that creates new opportunities for healthcare professionals while increasing assessment capacity for patients.
Commenting on the recognition, Rebecca Watson said:
"I am honoured to be included in SIA's inaugural Healthcare Staffing 100 list. Healthcare is ultimately about people and outcomes. While this recognition carries my name, it reflects the dedication and expertise of colleagues across MGG Health, Medacs, Global Medics and the wider RSS Global group.
Together, we are helping healthcare organisations navigate workforce challenges, expanding access to care and creating opportunities for healthcare professionals across the world.
I firmly believe the greatest achievements happen when technology and human expertise work together, and I am excited about the role workforce innovation can continue to play in improving healthcare delivery."
Rebecca has been recognised in SIA's Staffing 100 Europe for four consecutive years and has also been named among the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing.
As global healthcare providers continue to face growing workforce pressures, Rebecca remains a strong advocate for helping healthcare staffing evolve from a reactive service into a strategic workforce planning partner that anticipates workforce challenges and can deliver accordingly to healthcare organisations, healthcare workers and patients.
