Rebecca Watson is Chief Executive Officer of RSS Global, one of the UK’s leading workforce solutions groups, comprising Blue Arrow, Tate, Chadwick Nott, MGG Health, Medacs, Global Medics, Litmus and The Recruitment Co.
With more than 25 years of executive and board-level experience, Rebecca has built a reputation for driving growth, innovation and transformation across the staffing industry. Since leading the formation of RSS Global following Twenty20 Capital’s acquisition of the portfolio in 2023, she has overseen international expansion, strategic acquisitions and continued investment in technology and talent.
Rebecca began her staffing career in 1998 at Corporate Services Group, later Impellam Group plc. Today, she leads RSS Global’s vision to deliver innovative workforce solutions that help organisations navigate an increasingly complex world of work.
In 2026, Rebecca was recognised in SIA’s Staffing 100 Europe list for the third consecutive year and has twice been recognised in the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.
